ORDER AND DELIVERY

If you have already received a tracking number, it would be advisable to contact the carrier directly and request a change of address.

For weekday orders we aim to ship the next day, for weekend orders we ship the next Monday. We use next day shipping for the US, EU & UK. Other places may take longer depending on where you are. Rest assured that we work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Indeed, we operate from three warehouses located in the Netherlands, USA, and Vietnam. We dispatch orders to many global destinations, selecting the warehouse closest to the recipient for optimal tax and duty benefits. However, some locations may incur additional customs and taxes, which will be the responsibility of the customer to cover.

We want you to be happy with your order, but as coffee is a consumable product, we can only replace or refund it if it is faulty or damaged. This is subject to assessment by our roasting team if this is the case. Contact us at hello@caphe.co if you have any questions about your coffee delivery. Keep it brewing!

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact hello@caphe.co and our customer service team will take care of the problem.

We have only one rule when it comes to shipping: it is always at our expense.

Orders placed before 1pm on Mondays to Thursdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Subscription deliveries are sent every Tuesday.

Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch within the EU, USA and Vietnam, 2-3 days for the UK and 10-14 days for internationally.

We buy green beans directly from farmers who meet our standards for quality and taste. We make sure that our selection has a positive impact on the socio-economic and environmental conditions of the farmers and producers. We work with importers who meet our high standards and share the same global trade ideology. We look at a wide range of coffees that match our tastes, butultimately our decision is determined by the far-reaching impacts. That's why you'll find unique origins and a wider range of regional batches in our range.

Our fantastic team at the roastery is led by Andrew Tran, the roastery manager, and our founder Kevin Le. We roast our coffee directly after picking up the beans from the farm either at our roastery in Vietnam, New York or Amsterdam. We only aim for a fresh roast, so we don't store many beans in the warehouse. Every two-weeks we have new fresh coffee that is picked up directly from the farm, roasted and delivered straight to your door.

Yes, when you buy the product on the shop page, just choose the ground or bean option and we will prepare it for you.

We partner with top carriers and local couriers. We manage the shipping costs to ensure it's free for you, and we always choose carriers that let us reduce our carbon footprint and be as eco-friendly as possible.

The best method really depends on your coffee preferences since each technique highlights different aspects of the coffee. We're particularly fond of the phin method, as it truly brings out the bean's aroma. Many enjoy the home filter method, especially when exploring specialty coffees. Tools like the French Press or Aeropress can deliver great flavors across various coffees in a jiffy. If you're into pour-over styles like the V60 or Kinto dripper, investing in specific gear is a good idea. Depending on your love for our coffee, we've got options! Get your coffee fix delivered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly if you're more of a casual sipper. No more empty coffee jars! Just pick the amount, how often you want it, and your preferred brewing style. We'll handle the rest, delivering right to your doorstep.

You can change your card details in your online account, as well as your billing and delivery address. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service team at hello@caphe.co who can update your payment details for you.

Your subscription will keep going until you decide to pause or cancel it. You can make changes anytime through your account.

Absolutely! If you want to tweak your coffee game, our subscriptions are flexible. Just hop into your online account and modify the delivery frequency or the amount of coffee to match your needs.

Payment for ongoing subscriptions will be debited from your designated account on the same day as the first payment, at the frequency of your subscription (weekly, fortnightly or monthly).

Sorry, we dispatch all subscription orders on Tuesdays. However, you can coordinate with the delivery carrier to set a convenient arrival time for your package.

You can pause your current subscription via your online account. Unfortunately, you cannot pause prepaid subscriptions at this time. However, if you are pressed for time or are leaving on a big adventure, you can contact us directly (hello@caphe.co) and we will sort it out for you.

It's our unique take on Cold Brew! We mix a robust Cold Brew with fresh juices and other ingredients inspired by Vietnam's tropical flavors. The result? A delightful drink that gives you the vibes of a coffee cocktail.

On each product detail page, you'll find all the nutritional information tested by the lab for each of our drinks.

All of our coffee is sourced directly from farms in Vietnam. Because we value freshness, we source all of our fresh ingredients from the local farms or markets.

First, we make the base of the drink, using either cold brew methods, phin or espresso extract, depending on the drink. Then we get all the fresh ingredients to extract juice, syrup or the water. Then our talented coffee team mixes it all
together, taste-tests it and delivers it straight to your door. -
We always keep the drinks cool from the time they are made until they are shipped. Once you receive the drink, you should always keep it in the fridge and try to consume it immediately after opening to get the best taste.

All our drinks are ready to drink. You can drink them straight from our beautiful bottles or pour them into a fancy glass like a cocktail and garnish a little. If you want to consume alcohol, you can simply mix in a drink of your choice. And of course, on a hot summer day? Just pour it directly onto a cup of ice.
