Join Bonjour Càphê – A Modern Vietnamese Culinary House in Amsterdam

Bonjour Càphê is not your typical restaurant. We’re a modern Vietnamese experimental kitchen tucked in Houthaven — a floating house where food tells stories, culture meets craftsmanship, and every detail is a reflection of care.

We Are Hiring:

  • Front of House (Service Team) (4)

  • Kitchen Team (Line Cook / Prep Cook) (2) 

  • Barista (2)

  • Bartender / Beverage Curator (2) 

About You

You care — deeply. About the guest, about the plate, about the little things that make an experience memorable. You know how to read the room, anticipate needs before they’re spoken, and move through a space with calm confidence.

We’re looking for:

  • Experienced professionals — especially in front-of-house, with a background in hospitality or refined service environments

  • High attention to detail, timing, and presentation

  • Naturally intuitive and thoughtful team players

  • Strong communication, fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)

  • Full-time availability (32–38 hours/week preferred); part-time possible

  • Legal right to work in the Netherlands

For baristas and bartenders: you bring knowledge and curiosity about your craft. For kitchen: you bring love for flavor, cleanliness, and rhythm in the kitchen.
